1. Acceptance of Terms

By applying to become an affiliate of ManMuoji, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions outlined in this Affiliate Terms of Service (TOS) agreement. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not proceed with the affiliate application.

2. Affiliate Program Overview

1. Our affiliate program allows you to earn commissions by promoting ManMuoji products and driving qualified sales through unique affiliate links provided to you.
2. Commissions are earned based on valid and completed sales generated through your affiliate links, in accordance with the commission structure outlined in Section 4.

3. Affiliate Application and Approval

1. To become an affiliate, you must submit an application through our affiliate portal.
2. We reserve the right to approve or reject any affiliate application at our discretion. Approval may be subject to factors such as website content, promotional methods, and adherence to our brand values.

4. Commissions and Payments

1. Commissions will be paid based on valid and completed sales generated through your unique affiliate links.
2. Commission rates and payment terms are outlined in the affiliate portal and are subject to change at our discretion.
3. Commissions will be paid quarterly via Direct Transfer, JazzCash/Easypaisa.
4. Minimum payout thresholds may apply, and commissions below the threshold will be carried over to the next payment period.

5. Promotional Guidelines

1. Affiliates are permitted to use approved promotional materials provided by ManMuoji.
2. Affiliates must not engage in misleading, false, or deceptive advertising practices.
3. Affiliates must not bid on trademarked terms related to ManMuoji in pay-per-click (PPC) advertising without explicit written permission.

6. Termination

1. Either party may terminate this agreement at any time for any reason by providing written notice to the other party.
2. ManMuoji reserves the right to terminate an affiliate’s participation in the program for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion.

7. Changes to Terms

ManMuoji reserves the right to update or change the terms of the affiliate program at any time. Affiliates will be notified of any changes, and continued participation in the program constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

8. Limitation of Liability

ManMuoji and its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the affiliate program.

9. Governing Law

This agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
